Core management

A clear user base for day-to-day operations

Structure profiles, roles and organization links to secure access to the platform and charge points.

Key benefits

  • Role-appropriate access

Clearly separate end users, operators and administrators.

  • Organizations

Attach accounts to the B2B structures that consume the service.

  • Foundation for RFID and payments

Badges, wallets and billing rely on stable user profiles.

How it works

The Users module administers driver, customer, operator and administrator accounts. It structures organizations, profiles and permissions to control who accesses the platform and charging services. A charging network involves very different roles. Without clear identity management, access scatters and action traceability becomes difficult.

  1. 1

    Create accounts

Add drivers, operators and administrators according to your processes.

  2. 2

    Assign roles

Define permissions suited to each usage profile.

  3. 3

    Link services

Associate RFID, wallets or organizations with the relevant accounts.

In the EVCCAT platform

Accounts are created or synced according to your organization, then linked to roles and, when relevant, RFID badges, wallets or organizations. Teams manage permissions from the platform.

Use cases

  • Corporate fleet

Drivers are attached to the organization and defined access rules.

  • Open network

Customer accounts coexist with operator accounts for day-to-day running.
